Welcome to Veedco. By accessing or using our platform at veedco.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Veedco. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@veedco.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Veedco operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Each billing cycle, your credits reset to your plan's allocation. Unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided fewer than 50 credits have been used. Refunds are only granted for technical failures, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, user error, or accidental purchases.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts and images you upload. By using Veedco, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the requested generation.
Generated content: Paid plan subscribers may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes. Free plan users must credit Veedco when using generated content publicly.
Our platform: All Veedco branding, design, code, and technology remain the exclusive property of Veedco. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Veedco integrates third-party AI models from providers including but not limited to Google, OpenAI, and others. The availability, quality, and behavior of these models may change at any time. We are not responsible for the output of third-party models or any changes to their availability.
We strive to keep Veedco available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service.
Veedco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that generated content will be accurate, suitable, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veedco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Veedco after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
